Description
The MEINL Headliner® Series Djembes have it all! Equipped with hand selected goat heads, they produce the classic djembe sounds reaching from fat basses to rich open tones and cutting slaps.
Meinl style tuning brackets
The Meinl original tuning brackets are the epitome of precision in percussion tuning. These finely engineered components are meticulously designed to provide consistent and accurate tuning for your instrument. Crafted for both form and function, they showcase Meinl’s commitment to excellence, ensuring that your djembe, conga, or bongo always sounds its best. With their robust construction and timeless design, the tuning brackets are the choice of discerning percussionists seeking top-tier performance and reliability.
Hand selected goat head
The djembe features a distinctive touch – each drum is adorned with a hand-selected goat head. This striking choice not only adds a visual allure but also contributes to the drums’ unique tonal qualities. The goat skin, carefully chosen for its texture and resilience, produces a warm, resonant sound that harmonizes perfectly with the mahogany body. It’s a testament to Meinl’s dedication to crafting instruments that are both visually stunning and sonically captivating.
Black powder coated hardware
The Pre-stretched nylon PP ropes are a game-changer in percussion tuning. Designed for optimal durability and precise tension, they ensure a stable and consistent pitch for your instrument. With their pre-stretched nature, these ropes reduce the need for constant retuning, allowing you to focus on your performance. Musicians can rely on these high-quality ropes for their reliable and long-lasting performance, providing the peace of mind needed for an immersive and uninterrupted musical experience.
